Audi A6 2002 Quattro electric windows wont role down, nor will the sunroof open?

I have an Audi A6 2002 Quattro. Out of the blue the electric windows wont role down, nor will the sunroof open. I'm not sure where that is located on that car, also it being a high end car you may not be able to access it. It would most likely be under the hood, there will be a rectangular box near the driver side of the car, when you open it there will be many small plastic things of various colors. I suggest you do this at your local auto parts store. If there labeled find the one that says power windows or something similar. Otherwise pull them out one by one and see if there is black on the two metal prong plugs, once you find that take it into the auto parts store and tell them you have a bad fuse. Check all the fuses from time to time because you might not realize something isn't working. Good luck.
