How do I reprogram the remote on a 2004 Audi A4?

The battery died on the remote and after I replaced it, the remote will not work to unlock/lock or open the truck to include the panic button.



The key itself is already programmed. It will unlock/lock and start up the car.



How do I reprogram just the remote?



Again, this is for a 2004 Audi A4 1.8t.

If it does not work, you are going to have your keys completely reprogrammed by the dealership...
