How do you set the clocks on an Audi TT?

I have an X reg, 2000 model, Audi TT 1.8T 225bhp and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set the time and date in the dashboard (on the rev counter). Any help would be highly appreciated.How do you set the clocks on an Audi TT?Owner's manuals always have stuff like that explained in them.
