I already ask my dealer and said I have to remove something them attach the plates but I can't seem to find it?!?

I can't find a spot to put the license plate. Does it have one? Will I get in trouble for not putting a plate in the front in the state of NJ?

Now, when you called the dealer, did you speak to someone in parts? What you need to do, is if the car is from a state that only requires one plate, is that you need the insert for the bumper that allows for a provision for a front plate. Go to the dealer's PARTS counter. Have them call up the Q7 on the database, and look up that bumper insert. In a pinch, take the front plate, and some suction cups, and stick it to the inside of the front windshield, or zip tie it to the grille- however that looks tacky, but it will prevent a ticket until you get the part.
