I have a 1997 Audi A4 1.8, and I was wondering how hard it would be to move my fog lights to the bumper?

I have a 1997 Audi A4 1.8, and I was wondering how hard it would be to install fog light grilles on my car? The foglights I have now are in the actual headlights, now would I be able to move them to the bumper if I just bought the inserts?
