Interested in purchasing a 2001 audi a4, are these reliable cars?

Im looking for a somewhat decent cheap car to buy since it would be my first. There is a 2001 audi a4 at a local used car dealership, it has 120,000 miles and is in very good condition. There are some problems that can cause an audi to malfunction and be a very expensive car to fix. I have a 2000 Audi and it is very expensive to fix. Most of the things that go wrong with the car are to do with the engine and will be expensive to fix. All in all I love mine. But do not love spending money to fix it as you may think. But I got mine due to having a turbo so that I will be able to put money into it and make it faster. It has never once had a problem. The only thing I've had to do to it was to replace the timing belt and that's just regular maintenance. They are really great and reliable cars. yes, audis are very reliable cars. however if i were you i would get the b7 body style. like an 06 or newer. the 2006 has a pretty good service plan too.
