Where do i go to lower an Audi A4 2009?

I heard that if you tell Audi to lower it they do it for free, i doubt this but if anyone knows anything about this tell me. It doesn't really look cooler, I mean it's an Audi so it looks cool already. Lowering doesn't do anything except make your a tiny bit more aerodynamic (which won't matter since the highest speed limit in the US is 75 which Audis and European cars can break without a sweat) and make you more susceptible to scraping the underbelly of your car on speed bumps and stuff like that. Where I live there's a huge amount of snow so most roads have trenches along the sides. I've scraped my on those at least once because I didn't take it at a severe angle to prevent that.
