I don't want the cheapest or most expenisive, something decent and looks good. Someone poured paint on my car!ThanksHow much does it cost to do a decent paint job on a old Audi?Take it to a paint shop, they might be able to get it off , its been cool so it has not curedHow much does it cost to do a decent paint job on a old Audi?i`ve answered in this style before , many times.................... (not to be taken as an insult) , but , try this..
take a black and white photo of your car and then photo-copy (xerox) it several times , so you have an `out-line` to follow.
get out your coloured pencils and let your imagination run free , until you find some-thing you "like/love"...
take the "ideas" to a paint Professional and dicuss the Costs.
your car is Unique to you and you need to "personalise" it with YOU , not anybody else`s like/dis-likes.
try it , it`s fun , i`ve done it many times and will do it again.
plus you will be surprised where your imagination will take you.
if i still had a photo of my 1979 XD Fairmont Ghia (aus) with no chrome strips and painted Diamond White , (cut/rubbed back 3 times each coat {4 coats}, with a `Broken` Tri-colour blue body stripe)... then i could really back-up what i`m saying to you , but the photo`s were destroyed by a fire...but not in my head. How much does it cost to do a decent paint job on a old Audi?cost you 拢150 in newcastle...goerdie land...doesnt do a bad job eitherHow much does it cost to do a decent paint job on a old Audi?
Dpends. If you do lots of prep work yourself, you can save a ton of money, so maybe $500-1000. If you just drop it off at a shop, oh it's not uncommon to drop $2000-5000. Heck, if you're really on a budget, buy a book that teachers you how to paint your car, and do it yourself. It's really not all that hard.
