How much will it cost to replace/re-paint front fender of 1990 audi?

I already found the fender at a salvage yard for $60, without any dents. But it is the wrong color. So the question really is how much will it cost just to have it put on and have the paint matched. I already got a quote for around $460. But I kind of thinking I'm being ripped off.



Any advice much appreciated.
