The car is due its second or third cam belt change = 拢1,400 at a main dealer or 拢875 at a private garage.
At 128K you will have other mechaical parts which are about to wear out such as wheel bearings, power stearing rack etc.
Audi's are not cheap hope you have a big budget. I drive a 55 reg and do approx 10K per year and spend at least 拢80 - 拢100 a week on fuel. And if you are young which suspect you are looking at 拢1,000 plus for insurance (mine's 拢340 but I am old).
